Perfect location! Secluded, peaceful, yet near all main attractions and Smoky Mountain National Park. Customer Service was great, quick to respond and very helpful. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My family and I enjoyed everything about the cabin, especially the Jacuzzi! We will definitely be going back!

You did excellent, loved the cabin we stayed in very Quiet and Peaceful. Enjoyed our time there, the Old Mill Restaurant was good as usual, the Diner was a nice place to eat, the Christmas Palace was enjoyable as was the outlet Mall. Always enjoy staying in Pigeon Forge and with Fireside Rentals.

The Cabin was great. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Cabin was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to the Smokey Mountains. We had bears pass through at the cabin on two of our days there. Seeing the bears was exciting just have to be aware of your surroundings. You won't even know they are there until you walk up on them. My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and it was our 2nd honeymoon. We both have talked about nothing but when we can go back and do it again and stay longer. We hated to leave. Loved it!

We enjoy our stay the Grandkids 1st time ever staying in a cabin they love it we took the to Dollywood, Ripley Aquarium had a blast ,we in enjoy renting from firesidechalets this is our 3nd cabin ,papa pad,old glory ,now we can add sweet dreams to our list ,we always clean the cabin wash the towels , vac the floor wash down everything when we leave its just what we do thank you so much for our perfect stay Debra Marion
