The cabin was beautiful and very welcoming. The rental department staff were amazing. They called to make sure we were ok during the storm! They were pleasant and caring.

We stayed at Allen’s hideaway. First of all let’s talk about how sweet and kind the office stay is. We called because we had issues connection to the internet. They was very nice when we called. They had maintenance out within the hour and had it fixed. Welcomed us to call if we had any issues and needed anything from help with finding something to booklets to attractions. The cabin was very clean and updated. It was set up so you felt like you was on vacation but home. The road leading up to the cabin was a bit small and tricky. But if you go in the first entrance and exit the top entrance it’s not to bad. I will definitely be coming back to the area and calling to schedule my next stay with them. Thank you for giving me and my husband the best long weekend we could ask for.

Allen’s Hideaway was wonderful! Loved the layout and nothing was cramped. Bonus was the 1/2 bath and 3 separate porches giving us a marvelous feeling of isolation. The Wi-Fi never did work but when an alarm started going off, thinking it to be the smoke detectors, we called and someone was sent immediately. Turned out to be the carbon monoxide detector (guess we were exhaling too much 🤣). Cleanliness was exceptional. We rent a cabin every year for private retreat. This was by far our favorite. Though we only live in Seymour, we still enjoyed this cabin. Close enough to “civilization” yet secluded. Thank you for a marvelous stay!

Great cabin for our anniversary. Had everything we needed and was very relaxing. Only downsize was wish the road to the cabin was wider. Just glad no one else was trying to come from the opposite direction.

Allen Hideaway was the perfect honeymoon spot for my husband and I! Just enough space for two. Cabin was very clean and maintained. Located just 15-20 minutes from all attractions, stores and restaurants! We loved our stay and will be back!!

We stayed at Allen’s hideaway. It was perfect for 2 people. We are going to make this an annual tradition and stay here every time we come. It was clean and relaxing!! Highly recommend!!

The cabin was even better than I expected! After a long day of hiking it was great to come to a cozy cabin away from the traffic and people. We relaxed in the hot tub, slept great and recharged so we were ready to set out on another adventure each day. Thank you!

Thank you so very much for making our stay in Pigeon Forge a memorable one. My husband booked this cabin in order for us to celebrate my birthday and we had a fabulous time. The cabin was just perfect and so warm and inviting. The view was spectacular and the hot tub very relaxing. Thank you for making this time possible in a great location and we are very happy that others advised in their reviews to have a high profile vehicle and 4 wheel drive helps as well.

We really loved the cabin . I think a lot of people were having problems with the gravel driveways we noticed they parked at the top of the driveways. I liked that ours was paved. Thanks for the wonderful cabin wish I had the blueprints .it was well laid out
