We really appreciated the few phone calls and emails with Fireside to get everything ready for our visit. It was nice to get a call from a live person telling us when the Condo was ready and the entry info was in our email. We're driving so the call rather than just a text or email was appreciated. The place was a good size for the two of us. Not very big but big enough to feel comfortable and not cramped. The Kitchen is very small but big enough to warm up food and cook a simple meal. Clean and comfortably decorated. We will look for this place again the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.
