Customer service is great the girls in the office are very friendly and helpful. The cabin was so nice and quiet. I think it could’ve use a comfy chair in the living room. I will definitely be using fireside chalets again!!

We enjoyed our stay in Shimmering Waters very much! The house was very nice and had all of the things we needed for a week’s stay. We liked the location. It was a quiet neighborhood but was close to all of the attractions. We would definitely stay in this house again!

The customer service folks were super helpful and courteous. The house we stayed at was clean and comfortable. I couldn't believe how quiet it was. My family and I will be using Fireside Chalet the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.
